Owner and Founder Jessica Grace has worked in the hair industry for 20 years - not only has she lived and worked around the world, but she is an Award-winning Hairstylist and a highly regarded Australian Educator and International Speaker.

Jessica cultivated a unique pathway in the industry with a sustainable and eco conscious approach since 2010 when she opened her salon doors at the ripe age of eighteen. She has run a successful salon team in the early days and then as an independent hairstylist in her bespoke home studio until 2026 for a total of 16 years.

Holistic Scalp Mapping, Reflexology and the art of a 5-minute Scalp Massage as her artform of choice. Teaching scalp oiling and massage education on her Youtube Channel Awaken Studio, seasonal Membership Seasons of Her and online Pactitioner Training The Awaken Method as a way to deepen connection to self.

She has been a master in her field with holistic services, scalp rituals, bouncy blow-dries, lived in colour, with a special love for grey transitions that feel natural. Her knowledge and expertise are unmatched, so if a world class experience that supports your self-worth from the inside out.

Awaken was birthed with a vision to create self-care rituals at home for scalp care, fascia release, hair growth and inner beauty. Learning to release the matrix of fascia and meridians lines over the scalp supports a thriving mind, body and soul connection. Jessica spends her time Educating as a Holistic Business, Lifestyle and Wellbeing Mentor, tending to the sacred art of hair within the industry as a philosophy and way of life.
