I love my AWAKEN Crystal Comb. It’s become such a calming ritual for me, I use it to release stress at the end of the day, and I’ve noticed it really helps with head tension too. The education provided with the comb was so valuable, it helped me understand how to use it properly and make the most of the experience. I love using this tool to literally comb out tension from the front and back of my neck, using the ridged side. I can also use it to dig into sore spots, hold, and gently rotate my head to release those annoying niggles. I use the flat side of my comb to sweep from the middle of my forehead out, and down my neck, stretching all that fascia, as demonstrated on the education portal. Another delicious ritual I enjoy is to simply use the comb side to give my scalp an all over scratch. Why amethyst? Because I am balancing my crown chakra, by clearing my mind regularly, freeing it to relax and create space for new thoughts.
